Some problems only show up while driving: a noise at highway speed, a vibration, a rough shift or a pull to one side. On a road test, a technician drives your vehicle in the conditions where the problem happens, so we can hear and feel it for ourselves before recommending a repair. Road tests need advance notice: once you've booked, we'll contact you to arrange when to bring your vehicle in.

Questions

Why do road tests need notice?

A road test takes a technician away from the shop for a while, so we plan it around the day's other work. With notice, we can set the time aside and let you know when to bring your vehicle in.

What if the problem doesn't happen on the road test?

Problems that come and go can be hard to catch. The more you tell us about when it shows up, the better the chance we can recreate it.
